Welcome to Dialog Educational center. As an educational center aspired to fulfill the full potential of our students, it is important that you understand our partnership. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to comprehend your rights and responsibilities.

 

Adherence to the Agreement

You, along with the children you care for enrolled at Dialog Educational Center, are subject to these terms and any amendments, alongside any center rules.

 

Lessons cancellation

• Cancellation (without medical certificate) could be made 48 hours prior the start time of the class.

• The value of the class canceled (with or without valid medical certificate) would be refunded as a form of credits to the student’s account with no expiry date, which could be used for fee deduction for the enrollment of any classes in Dialog Educational Center.  No cash refund could be made for class cancellation.

• No refund in any forms would be arranged for no-show students. No responsibility is carried by Dialog for any missed lesson without prior notice.

• Online classes or recordings could be arranged with prior notification until the start time of the class (not applicable for 1:1 lesson)

 

Lessons rearrangement

• Parents and students should refer to lesson timetables for the date and time of different classes, rearrangement could only be made on the same course and the same progression, and rearrangement must be made 48 hours prior to the start time of the lesson.

• Please note that non-regular 1:1 class could only be arranged subjected to the availability of the tutor.

• Online classes or recordings could be arranged with prior notification until the start time of the class (not applicable for 1:1 lesson)

 

Severe weather condition

• Classes would be AUTOMATICALLY CHANGED TO ONLINE when Typhoon No.8 (or higher) or when the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued

• NO LESSONS would be canceled due to severe weather conditions If students are experiencing difficulties commuting under any severe weather conditions, online classes and recordings could be arranged with prior notification until the start time of the lesson

 

Respect for property and other students

• If the students have caused any damage to Dialog Educational Center’s property, either intentionally or unintentionally, parents would bear the responsibility for any damage caused.

• Harassment is not tolerated in Dialog, if student engages in any verbal or physical violence towards other students in Dialog, Dialog reserves the right to terminate our partnership

• CCTVs are employed on our properties for safety reasons
